Pool & Spa Inspections
Our Pool and Spa inspections include:
- Underwater HD camera drone scan of the pool interior to identify any surface anomalies and/or structural deficiencies and underwater lighting.
- Skimmer and port(s) condition.
- All access areas, fencing and gate requirements.
- Pool surround/surfaces.
- All safety requirements relates to surrounding area/deck, ladders/steps and recreational items including, but not limited to slides and diving boards.
- Pool and spa drains and other safety devices as defined in the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act
- Filtration and sanitizing equipment evaluation for condition, installation, electrical provision and grounding/bonding.
